Player - one of the people playing the game
Character - the role a player assumes when playing the game
Session - a single block of time in which the players play the game (usually several hours long)

Dungeons & Dragons
The library carries the Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) 5th Edition Starter Set. This set includes a basic version of the rules for the system, pre-made characters, and a pre-made adventure that you can use to get started.
