The Good Library provides a multitude of services to help provide accessible materials to faculty and staff:

- captioning for class and student videos, recordings, films, etc.
- access to Goshen Public Library (more digital content)
- Place holds and check your account online
- Interlibrary Loan
- Dorm delivery service (available through ASC documentation)
- Scanning service for articles not found online (only available for use as an accessibility tool)
- alternate research consultation via online chat
- writing/citation help
- general library questions
- help to OCR PDFs (to work with a screen reader)
- Consultation on accessible apps
