When you log in to one of the computers in the Good Library, the computer won't automatically select one of the library printers. If you don't choose a printer when you print, your document will probably end up in the Administration building!
When you're ready to print, make sure you pick one of the following printers:
libr-copier1(Library Copier 1)
libr-copier2(Library Copier 2)
libr-colorsavin2(Library Color Savin; prints in color)
Bring up the print dialog in Google Drive by either
Find the 'Destination' close to the top of the left options panel.
If the destination is not one of
then click the 'Change…' button.
From the list of 'Local Destinations' select one of
The 'Destination' in the print dialog should now be the printer you selected.
If you're using another Microsoft Office application, the steps you’ll need to follow will be pretty similar to the ones outlined below for Microsoft Word.
Bring up the print dialog in Microsoft Word by either
Find the 'Printer' close to the top of the left options panel.
If the printer does not start with one of
then click the dropdown menu and select a printer that starts with one of those names.
The 'Printer' should now be the printer you selected.
